I had a frustrating experience here and I will never return. I do want to acknowledge that the gentleman at the counter was pleasant, and was not part of the issue. When I was first called with a quote, I was told nearly $2000. Was told that it was an air leak, but I had an oil leak so that was the price for both. Oil leak was not my issue, the air leak was so I refused the oil service as I was going to get that done at my dealership, which knew about the slight leak on my valve cover and my car was barely using oil. The man on the phone stressed that I needed to get the leak done, but again, I check my oil... barely any was being used between servicing. Was finally quoted $508. Received a call saying that a pipe was broken, and it would be another $50 bringing the total to $558. What wasn't communicated was that price included none of the taxes or shop fees that pushed my bill over $600. I felt this was very misleading. When I came to pickup my vehicle, I asked calmly about something I swear I was told during my phone conversation with the price and instead of a profession discussion, the mechanic yelled from elsewhere in the shop at me saying he "didn't say that" without coming

I swear this place is a fraud and i definitely wouldn’t ever come back to them if anyone see this beware to not trust they business because my car started overheating 8 days later after getting a thermostat place in for $300 for everything out the door. I called them and had my car towed to them the second time. And I called them to find out the problem they goes and tell me it the cooling fans and try to charge me $520 for the part and labor I didn’t have that so I towed my car back to my house. I bought my cooling fan off of carparts.com. I had a trusted mechanic place the fan in the fan was working properly nothing wrong but my car was overheating still after a brand new fan. So I called them back and ask that why would the car still would overheat they giving me basically the run around about answers . So my car is my living and if they would have found the codes in the first place that it was indeed the thermostat was the issue all this time my car wouldn’t been down for 2 months i goes to another mechanic for a second opinion the mechanic was able to find the codes that it was the thermostat problem now my car isn’t overheating no more. They should seen those codes that it w

George is a very honest guy, he will do you right, he will do a diagnostic, and put it towards your repair, if you have him do your repair. Most shops charge you a lot more for the diagnostic, and it's a separate charge from the repair. Iv been going to lifetime since my grandfather sent me to them, and lifetime was on Arlington St in a very sm shop. My grandfather swore by this shop, and im very greatful that he did. Iv herd the horror stories from so many similar shops, I'm me that have been around for yrs. But have changed, and become so money hungry, and have changed hands over the yrs., and the loyalty to their customers have also changed over the yrs. So if your looking for a good honest shop, stop looking give these guys a chance. You won't be disappointed. Thanks George, and your crew for all you do. Sincerely Angela Hunt

George is the best. Family’s been coming here for years. They will let you know if there is a legitimate problem that needs to be fixed. We have never felt like or experienced them trying to bluff on issues. They are a hardworking crew and always so helpful!
